1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the ph344 website, mobile platform, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1.2 ph344 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, promotion terms, or other supplementary terms published on the Platform, the more specific terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter they address.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use ph344, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

2.2 ph344 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ph344 may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ph344 Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ph344 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in all locations.

3.1 To access the full features of the ph344 Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) active ph344 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph344 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

3.3 You must register using your own true identity. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fraudulent documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

3.4 ph344 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3.5 Account registration is subject to ph344's Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification requests made by ph344 or its designated verification partners.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph344 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 ph344 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ph344 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.3 You agree to notify ph344 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph344 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4.4 All transactions and activities conducted through your account are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified ph344 of unauthorized access prior to such transactions occurring.

4.5 ph344 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of security for your account and your ₱ balance.

5.1 ph344 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

5.2 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. ph344 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published on the ph344 Platform and may be updated from time to time. ph344 reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph344 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where technically possible.

5.5 ph344 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. ph344 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.1 ph344 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 ph344 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal, modification, or cancellation does not adversely affect any bonus already credited to a player's account and in the process of being wagered.

6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. ph344 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.5 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player or account.

7.1 All bets placed on the ph344 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or event. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform.

7.2 A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the ph344 system. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in a bet being accepted incorrectly, ph344 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.

7.3 ph344 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live casino games. The outcomes of all games are determined by these RNGs and are not influenced by ph344 or any third party.

11.2 ph344's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph344 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 ph344 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph344 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph344's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 ph344 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2 By registering for a ph344 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

12.3 ph344 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its handling of all personal data.

13.1 ph344 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

14.3 ph344 operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate such complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
